Ever stood and watched your son or daughter taking part in a sports session and wanted to join in? Now you can! Here at 442 Football Academy we offer a Parent and Child Fitness Fun session. Designed to raise the heart-rate whilst having the family bond element.
Sessions last 45 minutes every Saturday morning at Nowton Park from 9am. The session costs £5 per adult and £1 per child.
